The regional prosecutor’s office uncovers misuse of funds in Kirovohrad region

The regional prosecutor’s office in the Kirovohrad region has uncovered a case of misuse of funds allocated for the repair of a school, which occurred as a result of actions by the director of a private enterprise. The court will consider the indictment in this regard.

Criminal investigation reveals misuse of budget funds

According to the criminal investigation, the contractor did not spend the budget funds on the purchase of necessary building materials and other expenses, and further changes in the documentation led to significant losses exceeding 100,000 hryvnias.
