Recent Updates to Privat24 Interface Cause Concern Among Some Users

PrivatBank recently updated their online service Privat24, which has caused dissatisfaction among some users. One long-standing client of the bank expressed disappointment with the changes in the system of regular payments.

According to a review left on the Minfin portal, as reported by «Khvylia», the new version has complicated the process of searching for and making regular payments, especially for users with a large number of saved transactions. Previously, it was easy to find the necessary payment by surname or address, but now each payment must be opened separately.

The client expressed concern that these changes could lead to errors during payment, especially among elderly users. They called on the bank to temporarily restore access to the old interface version until the new one is improved.

In response, representatives of PrivatBank stated that they are constantly working on improving their services and that the new version is aimed at making the user experience more intuitive and convenient for all clients. They mentioned that they are trying to more effectively distribute functionality to facilitate navigation.
