The Nikolayev City Council Announces New Cleaning Tender
The Nikolayev City Council has announced a new tender for cleaning the buildings of the executive committee, as reported by Prozorro. Nikcenter states that 3.4 million UAH will be allocated from the budget for this service.
The cleaning is to be carried out in six buildings of the executive committee across different addresses in Nikolayev, including the city council, labor archive, technical transport department, archive department, and two other non-residential premises.
According to the tender documentation, the contractor will be responsible for cleaning offices, halls, sanitary units, stairs, elevators, bomb shelters, and basements until the end of 2024. The auction is set for February 21, with the number of interested participants still unknown.
To ensure high-quality cleaning, at least 15 cleaners must be in the contractor’s staff. Participants are required to use vacuums, equipment, and consumables provided by the customer and complete cleaning services by 8:30 a.m. daily.
