Andriy Osadchuk, a member of parliament from «Holos» party, has exposed the widespread practice of selling spots in queues at the Territorial Centers of Personnel Support (TCPS) in Kyiv. Warriors who spend long hours waiting for their data to be updated or for registration are offered a service for 1000 hryvnias.
According to Osadchuk, this issue is confirmed by complaints from TCPS officials. In comments on articles, men often express dissatisfaction with the need to stand in queues from early morning, starting at 5:00.
It is also worth noting that on May 18, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine implemented a new electronic queue system for TCPS and the Drafting Service. In addition, the Ministry of Defense released the mobile application «Reserve+», available on the App Store and Google Play, designed for conscripts, draftees, and reservists. Over 450,000 Ukrainians have updated their military data in the «Reserve+» app, but a smaller number have done so at TCPS or in centers for administrative services.
