Kyiv police have reported suspicion of domestic violence against a stepfather to a man in the capital. The incident occurred in February, when a local resident turned to the Shevchenkivskyi police department with a complaint against his stepson.
The Kyivan systematically humiliated his stepfather, threatened him with physical punishment, and attacked him with fists.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the accused for acts of domestic violence, and the court sent him to undergo a three-month program for abusers. However, the behavior of the 42-year-old Kyivan did not change, so investigators initiated a criminal case.
