Children from Donetsk region enjoy health vacation in «Artek» and «Kosiv» centers
According to the Donetsk Regional State Administration, children from Donetsk region are currently on a three-week health vacation in the «Artek» center in Transcarpathia and the «Kosiv» children’s sanatorium in the Prykarpattia region. These children, who require special attention and support, will have the opportunity to relax and improve their health in a safe environment.
New programs focusing on social-psychological support, safety, education, tourism, environmental studies, and art have been developed for the children participating in the vacation. Parents interested in sending their children to these centers should contact the social protection departments in their place of residence to inquire about vouchers. The next shift at «Artek» is scheduled for May 13, 2024.
The charitable foundation «Community of Ukraine» has organized free rehabilitation for around 200 children in the «Kosiv» children’s sanatorium, located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Situated in a low mountain climate resort zone in the valley of the Rybnytsia river, the sanatorium offers a peaceful and healing environment for children in need.
