In the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, law enforcement officers have arrested a man who has previously been held accountable for committing a crime, suspected of robbery. According to the investigation, the criminal snatched a phone from a passerby and fled, but he was soon apprehended.
The press service of the capital’s police reported that a 52-year-old local resident contacted them with a robbery report. The victim stated that an unknown person approached him on the street, snatched his phone, and quickly fled.
The police immediately began a search and quickly identified the suspect — a 28-year-old Kyiv resident who had previously been convicted of similar crimes. The perpetrator was arrested and informed of the suspicion of robbery. The victim’s phone was confiscated.
