Intentional Murder in Pryluky District
In Pryluky district court of Chernihiv oblast, the guilt of a 34-year-old resident of the village of Dankivka in committing intentional murder has been proven. Prosecutors showed that during a drunken binge, he struck the victim numerous times with his fists, and then with a metal corner on the head, chest, and limbs. Shortly after that, he dragged the body out of the house and buried it in a pit on his farm.
Verdict and Sentencing
For these actions, the court sentenced the defendant to 10 years in prison. Until the verdict takes legal effect, he will remain in custody.
