Ukrainians Can Now Clarify Data in International Registry through «Diia» App
According to information from the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukrainians will now have the opportunity to use a new online service through the «Diia» application to clarify data in the International Registry for the purpose of future reparations.
This step marks the expansion of the capabilities of the «Diia» service, which becomes not only a convenient tool for interacting with the state but also an important step in conveying and reflecting the scale of losses from Russian aggression.
For application users to use the new service, they need to update «Diia.» At the first stage, users will be able to submit a claim for destroyed or damaged real estate, such as a private house, apartment, cottage, garden house, or other residential premises.
The procedure for submitting a claim involves the presence of documents such as an inspection report from the local authorities and the property ownership rights.
Furthermore, in the future, the service plans to expand capabilities, allowing for claims to be filed in the registry for forced displacement, harm to life, health, torture, and sexual violence. Later, this option will be available to both businesses and government structures.
Previously, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced a series of new services in «Diia,» including a patient’s cabinet, services for veterans, and others.
