«Dnipro Operativny» reveals details of court case
The Amur-Nizhnedneprovsky district court recently sentenced an internally displaced woman for illegally receiving state aid. According to the court decision, the woman had filed for unemployment benefits in May 2022 after claiming dismissal from her job through the Employment Center. However, investigations revealed that she was still employed until August of the same year. As a result, the court found her guilty and ordered to recover a fine in the amount of the received benefits, totaling 7,068 hryvnias, in favor of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Employment Center.
